Which type of tent should I choose?
Start with how you plan to use it. Portable camping tents suit short stays and frequent setup. Accommodation tents are a better starting point for furnished guest stays, while open canopies provide shared space for dining, relaxing and activities.
What size tent do I need?
Plan the layout as well as the number of guests. Beds, sleeping mats and dining furniture need different amounts of room. Allow space for luggage, movement and standing comfortably when choosing a size.
How much space should I allow on site?
Allow for access and walking space beyond the tent body. Models with guy ropes, pegs, outward supports or porches need additional room. Use the full installation footprint when planning your site, rather than the interior area alone.
Do I need to prepare a platform?
For models designed for platform installation, the platform should be prepared first. Site preparation varies by model and location, so ground conditions, anchoring and platform requirements should be confirmed before installation.
Can I install the tent myself?
Most products can be self-installed with online guidance. A general assembly reference for standard models is four people and about four hours. The crew, time and difficulty vary by model.
How soon can my order be dispatched?
Standard models usually dispatch in about 15 days. Custom orders and peak periods may take longer. Transit time is additional and depends on the destination and shipping arrangements.
What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Our standard warranty is generally two years. Human-caused damage and damage from natural disasters are excluded. Contact us about leaks, fabric or parts issues so we can assess the cause and applicable warranty coverage.
